Nice Logging Recorder Service Offerings
Warranty uplift and post warranty services provide a level of support for optimal system performance for Motorola certified NICE logging recorders
Motorola standard warranty is equivalent to NICE Silver level of support. When added coverage is required during warranty, uplift to Gold-Lite, Gold and Platinum maintenance services.
Post-warranty Silver, Gold-Lite, Gold and Platinum maintenance services.
Warranty up-lift and post-warranty services are offered under a Motorola Service Agreement.

The documents below will outline both the Implementation process and the Ongoing Maintenance process which begins in year two.

HOW TO GUIDE
All warranty uplift, post warranty and contract renewal opportunities must be quoted by NICE prior to creating a Motorola service agreement.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLANS (CSP) for:
- NICE Silver Maintenance
- NICE Gold-Lite Maintenance
- NICE Gold Maintenance
- NICE Platinum (contract your local Customer Support Manager)
